Kilograms Creative Tactics was founded in 2013 and works across Jordan, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Where we came from
Kilograms was founded in 2013 by partners who had come up through exhibitions management, brand and identity work, event production, logistics, large-format printing and media production. What they had in common was a specific eye for space — for what a room does to the people standing in it.
The company built its reputation on production. Stands, structures, printed environments, stages. Work that had to be right because it was going to be stood in front of.
What we noticed, doing that work, was where projects actually went wrong. Almost never in the build itself. Almost always in the space between a dozen suppliers who had each been told a slightly different version of the plan, by a client who had never had to hold ten schedules in their head at once and should not have been asked to.
So that is the job we took on. Today Kilograms designs events and sees them through — bringing the specialists, holding the schedule, and standing over the build until the room is what it was drawn to be. We are not the ones on the ladder any more. We are the ones who know exactly what should be at the top of it, which turns out to be the harder thing to buy.

We call our clients Excellence Partners, and it is not a courtesy. Their outcome is the only measure of ours.
Every brief gets the same treatment — planning, analysis, research, design, production. We pay attention to the small things because the small things are what a guest actually notices, and because they are what reveal a brand true-coloured: its own identity, its own preferences, its own budget. We work to that budget rather than around it.
Quality above all
Kilograms runs strict project management processes on every job. Resources are planned, tracked and released on schedule — which is how an event lands on time whether it is one stand or a hall full of them.
Recognised early
Kilograms won first prize at the Best SME Award in 2016, three years after being founded.
Three markets, one standard
We work across Jordan, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A brief taken in Amman can be built and delivered in Riyadh without changing hands.
